Our Metal Fabrication Services
We offer the full spectrum of manufacturing and contract sheet metal fabrication services, including press brake, CNC bending, CNC punching, sheet metal bending and forming, metal stamping, laser cutting and powder coating.
Located on the Central Coast, we service the Sydney, Central Coast, and Newcastle regions but also service large OEM clients Australia-wide and internationally.
State of the Art Fabrication Equipment
The Amada VENTIS 3015 AJ Fiber Laser Cutting System, Amada AE2510 CNC Punch Press with automatic load and unload, Amada EG Servo Press Brakes, and Amada SDE Series Direct Drive Servo Stamping Press are state-of-the-art equipment we use to manufacture you parts. We also have a 100 metre long converyorised powder coating line with automatic GEMA powder coating guns for exceptional quality and consistency in powder application. Additionally, a high capacity 8M long batch oven for large parts not suited to conveyorised coating.
Our setup is designed to cater to high volume part manufacture ideally suited to original equipment manufacturers (OEM’s) requiring high volume. Our preferred modelling software is SolidWorks® but we can also support all types of 3D files. For any size or scale of project. Delivery services are available.
